OPP Machine is designed as a Rotary machine. And it is equipped with a precision-operated labeling station.

It is known for its accuracy and speed in terms of efficiency.

- It has a labeling feature that wraps around cylindrical and specially shaped containers.

- Precise positioning and fixing is achieved by using centering upper pressure and lower plates.

- Provides quick access to the user interface through individual prescription software.

WORKING METHOD

1. A feeding roller whose speed is adjusted according to the label length,

2. It continuously pulls the label film from the reel.

3. Labels are cut precisely in the cutting unit, while a computer and servo motor ensure an exact cutting point.

4. A heated glue roller applies a small strip of glue to the front and back.

5. Labeling station It operates with an output range of 3,000 to 36,000 containers per hour, depending on the label length.
